Per my edit, the native title determination makes Djugan part of the Yawuru native title holding group. However, that decision was controversial (as evidenced by the fact that it needed to be decided on by the Federal Court). The judgment referred to ([1]) goes into a lot of detail about it. Also, query whether "Djugan" should be made the dominant spelling in this article as that seems to be the "official" spelling at least in native title circles.
