I am not sure whether i understand the edit summary, but it includes your user name: "Suggested by BrownHairedGirl", so i think you may know more about how this edit happened. The referenced website's new title includes the words『site web est à vendre』- this is French, meaning "this website is for sale". In a very similar case, my virus scanner gave a warning that websites like these may be potentially harmful. I mentionend it in the archived discussion Wikipedia:Teahouse/Questions/Archive 1164#Websites for sale as a reference. (I am not interested in the subject, i came to the article while repairing nbsp accidents, i.e. articles where "nbsp" is displayed accidently in the read view.
