'current date' is in each one of these, making them look as though they were just updated when they haven't been, this should be removed

NFL rosters is much less wordy, this should probably be moved there. i didn't find this until after i had created NFL rosters because i couldn't find this, it should be placed somewhere accessible.

There should be a different page for each season. That is, something like:

• list of NFL team rosters in 2008
• list of NFL team rosters in 2007
• list of NFL team rosters in 2006
• etc.

No, because there are only a small fraction of historical season pages (i.e. 2002 New England Patriots season that have rosters on them, and all of those have been de-templatized. Pats1 ^T/C 23:10, 25 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I am considering that ever roster tables' width should be changed to 100%. The reason I am asking this is so that every name/line was only on one line. This shows when other user computer screen are small then other. Technical limits on the amount of text that can be transcluded have been exceeded. The obvious solution is to spit the article into AFC and NFC team rosters.
