The article says he cause of death is unknown, in history class I learned it was a fever, any objections to an edit?

@PericlesofAthens: Given what we know about Memnon, would it be more appropriate to refer to him, such as it in the lede, as an "(Achaemenid) Persian general of Greek origin" or a "Greek in the service of the Achaemenid Empire"?
