is it soft or loud???
In medieval times the pipe and tabor was considered to come into both categories of music, loud and soft (haut and bas) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Createthemooduk (talk • contribs) 04:55, 10 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
Hi all, I'm new at editing so have made a few admin mistakes. sorry. I placed a link to the Pipe and Tabor Compendium, which is newly researched essays on UK pipe and tabor history - the Pipe and Tabor Compendium. This page is linked to The Taborers Society, of which I am a member. Some of these essays have been given as talks, some are contributions by Taborers Society members and some are reports of talks and workshops given at Taborers Society annual symposia. The Compendium is still being developed.
Thank you.

Hi All,
I have now created a separate website for The Pipe and Tabor Compendium. It is being finalised at the moment, but the information is available to anyone and will be added to over the coming months. Please add to 'external links'
www.pipeandtaborcompendium.co.uk
Thank you.
