This page is far too full of unexplained technical jargon such as this:

Note: When transferring a Techniscope film to a digital video format, the 2-perf negative or 2-perf interpositive A/B rolls can be used, bypassing any blown-up 4-perf element.

Why? It's an ADVERTISEMENT. If it deserves a mention at all, a sentence could handle it.Theonemacduff (talk) 01:02, 27 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Indeed, it's also somewhat inaccurate as, the the Roger Ebert quote notwithstanding, Techniscope was a patented and trademarked process reliant on Technicolor's dye transfer process. Just shooting in 2 perf and blowing up to anamorphic does not equal Techniscope.
For example The Bird with the Crystal Plumage, mentioned on this page and the connected "List of Techniscope Films" [sic] page was not filmed in Techniscope but on Cromoscope. a similar, possibly either licenced OR patent infringing variant. Verlaine76 (talk) 16:18, 12 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
