This article has very good info for travelers. The issue is that much of it does not belong in an encyclopedia in my opinion. I have copied it over to Wikivoyage as an experiment. My goal is to capture it in WV and then remove it from WP, or at least edit it down. I don't have the feeling I can do this unilaterally, so am asking for opinions, pros and cons here.
