I am a lawyer. I hold a J.D. from a well-known law school on the West Coast of North America (the only one mentioned below).

My interests include film, healthcare, higher education, law, transportation, and various cities in California.

I enjoy contributing photographs to Wikipedia, as it gives me a reason to practice and improve my digital photography skills.

I currently own two digital cameras: a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS5 (apoint-and-shoot) and a Canon Digital Rebel T8i (adigital SLR).

My seven prior digital cameras (of which the first six have since been turned in for recycling of reusable components and the seventh was sold) include an Olympus C-7000 Zoom (point-and-shoot, broke down), an Olympus Stylus 830 (point-and-shoot, obsolete), a Fujifilm S2000HD (bridge camera, obsolete), a Fujifilm S8400W (bridge camera, obsolete), a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH5 (point-and-shoot, broke down), a GoPro HD HERO 2 (too much hassle to use, obsolete), and a Canon Digital Rebel T5i DSLR (autofocus system began to wear out, obsolete).
