Frank Drew Leyda. Born July 13, 1948 in Wellsville, Columbiana County, Ohio. Graduated from Wellsville High School in 1966. U.S. Army from December 12, 1968 to Sept. 20, 1973. Served at Fort Knox, Fort Bliss and Hontheim,Germany. Attended Kent State University and the University of Akron. Degrees from Kent State and the University of Akron.
