For some damn reason, the more real life stuff you have to do, the more interesting Wikipedia becomes to edit...

Delete paragraphs and template tags.
Organize sections.
Replace contrived sentences with simple ones.
Add paragraph breaks.
Write about what I know.
I don't like to:
Wrestle with markup.
Lose changes when Firefox crashes.
Be accused of having an agenda.
Discuss too much.
Follow dumb rules.
In MY opinion

Articles should be as short as possible, but not shorter.
Only one subject per paragraph.
Short sentences are better than long. Periods are better than commas.
Children should be able to understand Wikipedia.
Non-native English speakers should be able to understand Wikipedia.
