    Kapten (B) Tun Datuk Seri Utama Tunku Rohayu binti Ibrahim Shah (Jawi: روحايو إبراهيم شه; born 12 August 1923)[1] was the Yang di-Pertua Negeri (Governor) of the Malaysian state of Melaka. She was appointed as governor in 1987 by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
