Hi@Ozzie10aaaa: I saw it and I kindly disagree, since WP:TOO SOON says that "If sources do not exist, it is generally too soon for an article on that topic to be considered.", which, as yourself well said in the comment, isn't the case here (but could be for Shenzhou 18orSpaceX Crew-9 and clearly is for Draft:Gaganyaan-2 and Draft:Gaganyaan-3). There's no indication that "TOO SOON" would block events that are still a long time to happen, if there are independent sources, or Polaris Dawn, dearMoon project, and Boeing Crewed Flight Test could have been deleted long ago. Personally, I only sent the article for review because I will only get noticed by the editors if it goes to the main page (just see how quickly everyone developed the crew biographies). Cheers, Erick Soares3 (talk) 00:32, 29 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Sdsds Hello and thanks! I only saw about the engine, but it felt better suited for the Gaganyaan-1 background (since it was one of the last tests before its launch). I saw your comment in the draft: if you have anything for the page, you can add it (as they say, be bold). This draft thing is making me highly frustrated: while the Wikipedia is supposed to be collaborative, everyone seems afraid to collaborate on it - while the crew pages were fast developed in a few days time. I'm almost moving it to main space myself, since there are pages (like I've cited elsewhere) that have far less material and no one has "killed it"... Yes, my own experience with creating articles without prior discussion has been largely good. The 'articles for deletion' process can feel fairly harsh for some editors; the 'request for creation' process is intended to decrease the ill feelings associated with a deletion. (Creating a temporary redirect at the article page name you intend to eventually publish, and pointing it to a section of some well-established article where you develop the material can work too.) @Sdsds I only created the draft for G-4 because I honestly thought that we wouldn't have anything of substance until far later, while I created the Gaganyaan-1 page directly (way back in 2022) because I found a large amount of sources. For much, I would like to invite the users from the local India Wikipedias to help out, since I'm betting that there must have more sources in the local languages than in English. Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by DoubleGrazing was:
Thank you for your submission, but the subject of this article already exists in Wikipedia. You can find it and improve it at Gaganyaan-4 instead.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.
If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:Gaganyaan-4 and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
If you do not edit your draft in the next 6 months, it will be considered abandoned and may be deleted.
Hello, Erick Soares3!
Having an article draft declined at Articles for Creation can be disappointing. If you are wondering why your article submission was declined, please post a question at the Articles for creation help desk. If you have any other questions about your editing experience, we'd love to help you at the Teahouse, a friendly space on Wikipedia where experienced editors lend a hand to help new editors like yourself! See you there! DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:26, 7 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
The Draft:Gaganyaan-4: it predates the page Gaganyaan-4 for several days, and it seems that I can't just copy-and-paste since it would be necessary to move the page History. One option would be just to improve the stub, but it would make no sense, since there's a page already done. Erick Soares3 (talk) 11:40, 7 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi Erick Soares3. Thank you for your work on Walk Again Project. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Thank you for bringing this translation of a well-developed article from Portuguese. It has been a controversial project with worthy aims, and I think that the article navigates the topic with an appropriate point of view.
To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Klbrain}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)
@Klbrain: thanks! I was surprised to see that this project didn't have an article until now, and after some research it became clear that the project have had scientific and international notability for several years. Erick Soares3 (talk) 11:48, 18 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
