Hello. I just noticed that there appears to be an issue with the most recent newsletter (January 2024), e.g. Special:Diff/1192979289, where the substitution did not take place. I think this means that it will forever show the current month's newsletter in that section on every user's talk page unless it's corrected. Could someone please add a little blurb to the next newsletter, to ask admins who are willing to take questions about copyvios to please add Category:Wikipedia administrators willing to investigate copyright matters to their user pages? Given that this month's admin newsletter talks about the RfA reforms and trials, could we also add a call for people to reach out to good potential RfA candidates? For instance, adding the following bullet point:
