Spring Garden is a census-designated place (CDP) in Plumas County, California, United States. The population was 16 at the 2010 census, down from 55 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.7 square miles (1.8 km2), all of it land.
The 2010 United States Census[2] reported that Spring Garden had a population of 16. The population density was 24.5 people per square mile (9.5/km²). The racial makeup of Spring Garden was 15 (93.8%) White, 0 (0.0%) African American, 0 (0.0%) Native American, 1 (6.3%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 0 (0.0%) from other races, and 0 (0.0%) from two or more races. HispanicorLatino of any race were 0 persons (0.0%).
The Census reported that 16 people (100% of the population) lived in households, 0 (0%) lived in non-institutionalized group quarters, and 0 (0%) were institutionalized.
There were 9 households, out of which 1 (11.1%) had children under the age of 18 living in them, 5 (55.6%) were opposite-sex married couples living together, 0 (0%) had a female householder with no husband present, 1 (11.1%) had a male householder with no wife present.
