There is a recent meta-analysis that provides more evidence backing up the CPAP treatment: "It has been found through meta-analysis that continuous positive airway pressure therapy (CPAP) significantly improves patient's with obstructive sleep apnea measure of sleepiness. CPAP seems to benefit patients with more severe sleep apnea the most." Currently, the section on surgery says that oral appliances should be considered before surgery, with references suggesting this. However, surgery is under the main section of Management, while oral appliances is under Other. Perhaps Oral appliances should be moved just above surgery. It seems to me that the reference for the 1 in 10 figure should be doi:10.1016/S2213-2600(19)30198-5, rather than doi:10.3233/JAD-200571, right?
