Just an FYI that might save you some time... is the same as writing a regular ASCII space " " with the spacebar. If you're looking to add spaces without line breaks, I recommend {{tl|nowrap}}. -- [[User:Beland|Beland]] ([[User talk:Beland|talk]]) 19:20, 30 April 2023 (UTC) |

Ok, I guess I'm back again. If you have come here to gripe about vandalism or edit warring, understand that I run semi-automated tools to fix spelling, grammar, and formatting. As such, I sometimes end up covering the tracks of vandals or people engaged in edit wars. Chances are, unless you are here to complain about content on a writing systems article, I have absolutely no interest in your subject matter. Make sure to view the actual edits I made to your article, and my recent contributions before complaining. |

Hello, Vanisaac. I noticed that your recent edit to Da (Indic) added a link to an image on an external website or on your computer, or to a file name that does not exist on Wikipedia's server. For technical and policy reasons it is not possible to use images from external sources on Wikipedia. Most images you find on the internet are copyrighted and cannot be used on Wikipedia, or their use is subject to certain restrictions. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request that someone else upload it. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Thank you. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 05:30, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Can you tell me where Andrew Dalby's "Dictionary Of Languages" says these are derived from Devanagari? I can't seem to find that in the copy I have. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 23:51, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, but more sources would be helpful, because the previous ones didn't seem to mention the connection. And it just took me a while to find a copy. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 00:05, 3 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not objecting to your restoration of text, but I too cannot see the numerals in question — and this is even after I installed the two fonts at the first external link, rebooted my computer, and tried two different browsers. So I support also restoring the SVG characters, at least until the Unicode works (not just for me). – •Raven .talk 02:54, 6 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Another article title we might want to reconsider. — kwami (talk) 05:27, 6 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
