The 2002 Westminster City Council election took place on May 2, 2002, to elect members of the Westminster City Council. It resulted in a conservative majority.

The election resulted in a Conservative majority of 48 seats. The Save St John's Wood Adventure Playground party ran in protest of the 40% budget cut of the playground by the previous city council.[3][4]
