Alexus G. Grynkewich is a United States Air Force lieutenant general who serves as the director of operations of the Joint Staff. He previously served as the commander of the Ninth Air Force.[1][2][3][4]

In January 2024, Grynkewich was nominated for assignment as director of operations of the Joint Staff.[5][6]
