Stearn

Allium hypsistum is a Nepalese speciesofwild onion in the Amaryllis family.[1][2][3][4]

Allium hypsistum is one of two species referred to as jimbuinNepal, used in Nepalese cuisine. The other is Allium przewalskianum.[5]
