Arshaly (Kazakh: Аршалы, Arşaly; Russian: Аршалы) is a settlement in northern-central Kazakhstan. It is the administrative center of Arshaly DistrictinAkmola Region. Population: 7,051 (2009 Census results);[1]7,208 (1999 Census results).[1]
