As of the December 2023 timetable change,^[update] the following services stop at Bern Brünnen Westside:^[5][6]

• Bern S-Bahn:
  • S5: hourly service between Bern and NeuchâtelorMurten/Morat; rush-hour trains continue from Murten/Morat to Payerne.
  • S51: half-hourly service to Bern.
  • S52: hourly service between Kerzers and Bern; off-peak trains directly continue from Kerzers to Lyss as S35 and vice-versa; evening trains continue from Kerzers to Ins.

• InterRegio:
  • : two trains per day on weekdays to La Chaux-de-Fonds.
