Bortezomib/dexamethasone is a combination drug against multiple myeloma.[1] When bortezomib is used by the trade name Velcade, the combination is called Vel/Dex (orVel-DexorVeldex). Bortezomib is a proteasome inhibitor and dexamethasone is a corticosteroid.
