Breachers VR is a 2023 virtual reality tactical shooter video game developed and published by Triangle Factory for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 5 with support for the Pico 4 and Quest 2 headsets. It is a competitive 5v5 player versus player shooter similar to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.[2][3][4] Gameplay centers around esports competition, with around 100 active teams in its Master League.[5]
Breachers VR is a team-based tactical shooter featuring gameplay very similar to the Counter-Strike and Rainbow Six series. Players are divided into five-player teams of Attackers and Defenders.
In the game's basic game mode, Defuse, the Defenders must plant a time bomb and protect it until its detonation, while the Attackers must defuse the bomb or prevent it from being planted. Like in Counter-Strike, each round players are given in-game money to purchase variety of weapons and equipment.[6][7][8]
Other game modes have been released since, including Control Point and Team Deathmatch.
