Cẩm Xuyên is a rural districtofHà Tĩnh province in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 153,523.[1] The district covers an area of 636 km². The district capital lies at Cẩm Xuyên.[1]
Notable people from the district include Hà Huy Tập (1906 - executed Saigon 1941), third General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
