The station received approval by the CRTC to operate at 103.7 FM in November 2006 and officially launched on January 14, 2008asMix 103.7 with a hot adult contemporary format.[1]
On January 15, 2024, the station flipped to rhythmic adult contemporary and rebranded as Play 103. The last song played on "Mix" was "What A Man Gotta Do" by Jonas Brothers while the first song played on "Play" is "Let's Get It Started" by Black Eyed Peas.
