Carle Place Middle/High School is a six-year comprehensive public high school located in the hamletofCarle Place in the Town of North Hempstead, Nassau County, New York.
As of the 2016–17 school year, the school had an enrollment of 652 students and 71.05 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 9.18:1. There were 107 students (16.4% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 16 (2.5% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.[1]
Carle Place High School had a sister school in Filabusi, Matabeleland South Province, Zimbabwe, named Singwango Secondary School, and still donates sports equipment (e.g., old uniforms).[2]
