Cihanbeyli is a municipality and districtofKonya Province, Turkey.[3] Its area is 3,702 km2,[4] and its population is 50,677 (2022).[2]

Cihanbeyli was part of Pitassa in antiquity.[5][6]

    Cihanbeyli's climate is classified as cold semi-arid (Köppen: BSk).[8] The town experiences hot, dry summers and cold, snowy winters.[9]
