Daere Afonya-a Akobo is a Nigerian[1] entrepreneur . He is the group managing director of PE Energy Ltd.[2]
Education

Afonya holds a degree in applied physics from Rivers State University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School , Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, the INSEAD Business School and the Jack Welch Management Institute .[3] [4]
Career

Afonya has over 24 years of experience in the operations of the oil and gas sector across a wide range of disciplines, including electrical, flow measurement, sales, and procurement.[5] [6] [7] [8]
He works as an entrepreneur and the current Chairman of PANA Holdings. He is the Group Managing Director of PE Energy Limited, DK-Lok Nigeria Limited and Kari Care Technology Limited. He is the founder and president of his company, the "Daere Afonya-a Akobo Foundation".[9] [10]
