It will take place across cities in North America and Europe, comprising 48 shows.[2] Madi Diaz, Father John Misty, Nickel Creek and Lord Huron will serve as opening acts.[3]

Tickets went on sale on March 8, with an artist presale running from March 5 until March 7.[4] A new single for Deeper Well titled "Too Good to Be True" was released in conjunction with the tour announcement.[5] Musgraves added second dates for Amsterdam, Glasgow, London and Dublin due to "high demand".[6]
