The Diocese of Chełmno (Polish: Diecezja chełmińska; German: Bistum Kulm/Culm) was a Catholic dioceseinChełmno Land, founded in 1243 and disbanded in 1992.[1][2]

History[edit]

Remains of the Lubawa Castle, former residence of the Bishops of Chełmno
Pelplin Cathedral, seat of the diocese in 1821–1992, listed as a Historic Monument of Poland.[4]
