Dress Smart is a franchise of shopping centresinNew Zealand that specialises in outlet stores.

Auckland[edit]

Dress Smart Onehunga opened in 1995 as New Zealand's first factory outlet shopping centre. Onehunga was chosen for its central location and direct access from the city and the airport.[3] Initially, Dress Smart started with 20 outlet stores on the former premises of the 3 Guys supermarket and other surrounding retail spaces.[4] Following its opening, additional shops began operating in temporary premises on the southern side of Paynes Lane. This led to a significant expansion of the mall, completed in 2005, increasing the total number of retailers to 110.[5]

Christchurch[edit]

Dress Smart Christchurch is located in Hornby, Christchurch.

Former Branches[edit]
