Erik Aadahl is distinguished American sound editor.[1] He is best known for his role in creating Godzilla's iconic roar in the 2014 film of the same name. He also voiced BumblebeeinTransformers: The Last Knight.

Career[edit]

He graduated from the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts in 1998.[2] He served as the supervising sound editor on Transformers: Dark of the Moon,[3] for which he was nominated for an Academy Award.[4][5][6] Aadahl notably worked on Godzilla's "roar" in the 2014 Godzilla film and also voiced BumblebeeinTransformers: The Last Knight.[7] He was the sound editor for A Quiet Place alongside Ethan Van der Ryn.[citation needed]
