Euryoryzomys lamia, also known as the buffy-sided oryzomys[2]ormonster rice rat,[1] is a species of rodent in the family Cricetidae. It is found only in central Brazil, where it lives in forest enclaves within the cerrado.[1] The species' known altitudinal range is from 700 to 900 m.[1] The main threats to its survival are the destruction and fragmentation of its forest habitat.[1]
