Fraxinus sieboldiana, the Chinese flowering ashorJapanese flowering ash, is a species of flowering plant in the family Oleaceae.[2] It is native to southeastern China, the Korean peninsula, and Japan.[1] It grows on wooded slopes and by streams.[3] It is hardy to USDA zone 6.[2] A variegated cultivar, 'Rising Sun', is available.[4]
