Interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 3, also known as interferon-stimulated gene 49 (ISG49),[5] is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IFIT3 gene.[5][6][7][8] It plays a part in the innate immune responsetoviruses in response to type I interferon signaling.[5]
