Iseo (Brescian: Izé) is a town and comune in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy, Italy, on the south shore of Lake Iseo. It is bounded by the communes of Provaglio d'Iseo, Sulzano, Polaveno and Paratico.

It has the first monument ever built of Giuseppe Garibaldi, erected in 1883.[3]

Transportation[edit]

The railway station of Iseo is served by regional trains to Brescia and Edolo. Iseo is connected to several other towns on Lake Iseo by ferry.[4]
