The Israeli Ceremonial Protocol does not define an order of precedence. It does define, however, the group of officials that are to attend ceremonial events (Hebrew: Segel Aleph, סגל א'). This group consists of:

  1. The President (Isaac Herzog)
  2. The Prime Minister (Benjamin Netanyahu)
  3. The Alternate Prime Minister (vacant)
  4. The Speaker of the Knesset (Amir Ohana)
  5. The President of the Supreme Court (Uzi Vogelman (acting))
  6. The Chief Rabbis (David Lau and Yitzhak Yosef)
  7. Former Presidents (Moshe Katsav and Reuven Rivlin)
  8. Ministers of the Government (Amichai Chikli, Amihai Eliyahu, Avi Dichter, Benny Gantz, Bezalel Smotrich, Dudi Amsalem, Eli Cohen, Gadi Eisenkot, Gila Gamliel, Haim Biton, Haim Katz, Hili Tropper, Idit Silman, Israel Katz, Itamar Ben-Gvir, May Golan, Meir Porush, Michael Malchieli, Miki Zohar, Miri Regev, Moshe Arbel, Nir Barkat, Ofir Akunis, Ofir Sofer, Orit Strook, Ron Dermer, Shlomo Karhi, Uriel Buso, Ya'akov Margi, Yariv Levin, Yitzhak Goldknopf, Yitzhak Wasserlauf, Yoav Ben-Tzur, Yoav Gallant, Yoav Kisch)
