Jaden Hicks (born August 16, 2002)[1] is an American football safety for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Washington State.
Hicks attended Bishop Gorman High SchoolinLas Vegas, Nevada. As a junior, he had seven interceptions and returned three for a touchdown. His senior season was canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. He committed to Washington State University to play college football.[2]
Hicks played in one game his first season at Washington State in 2021 and took a redshirt. As a redshirt freshman in 2022, he started 11 of 13 games and had 76 tackles, one interception and one sack.[3][4] He returned to Washington State as a starter in 2023.[5][6]
