Due to many industry shut downs during the pandemic, the completion of this film took quite some time, but I'm happy to say it's finished and is now making a real tear through the international film festival scene. Some of its selections include The Paris International Film Festival & the Romford Horror Film Fest in London (both of which it has screened already), upcoming in the HorrorHound Fest in Cincinnati in March, The Chicago Horror Festival, The Hastings Rock Festival in the UK and the Scotland International Festival of Cinema (both in April, dates tbd.) It's always wonderful to see an indie doing so well, as I know it was a true labor of love for all involved. Congratulations to director @claragabrielle and to @mariejlaurin who so skillfully navigated her lead performance anchoring this film. It was a pleasure to share scenes with you. I wish the film much success as it continues its festival run, and hopefully it ends up somewhere everyone can see it soon enough! Also, special shout-out to my friends @biancabutti (illustrious DP) & @los_b_los (most handsome gaffer in the biz.) & @victoriarowemakeupdesign for the spooky MU #TheUncanny #Uncannyfilm #indie #piff #romfordfilmfestival #horrorhoundcincinnati #hastingsrocksfilmfestival #scotlandinternationalfestivalofcinema #chicagohorrorfilmfestival". instagram.com.
