Early life and education[edit]
Vaughn was born in Virginia. He graduated from Duke University.[3]
Vaughn started his career at United Talent Agency. In 2011, he joined Artist Partner Group, a joint venture with Atlantic Records, where he worked closely alongside Sage the Gemini and Kevin Weaver.[4] He became VP of Artist and Repertoire at APG in 2017.[5]
In 2020, he became the president of Capitol Music Group,[6] and became CEO the next year alongside Michelle Jubelirer.[7]
In 2022, he founded the Los Angeles-based record label Signal Records and became its CEO.[5]
