Kharbala 1-ya (Russian: Харбала 1-я; Yakut: Маҥнайгы Харбала, Maŋnaygı Xarbala) is a rural locality (aselo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative centerofKhatylinsky Rural OkrugofChurapchinsky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 9 kilometers (5.6 mi) from Churapcha, the administrative center of the district.[1] Its population as of the 2010 Census was 704,[2][3] down from 718 as recorded during the 2002 Census.[1]
The village is located in a flat area by river Tatta.[7]
