London & Regional Properties (L&R ) is a private real estate and leisure investment firm based in London , United Kingdom. It is one of the largest privately held principal investors in Europe,[1] [2]
L&R was founded in 1987 by billionaire brothers Richard Livingstone , a chartered surveyor, and Ian , a former optometrist,[3] [4] Irish Independent [5] AuM is in the upwards of £9 billion.[6] [7]
