Mederville is an unincorporated communityinClayton County, Iowa, United States.

History[edit]

Mederville is named for one of its founders, Henry Meder.[1] Mederville's population was 48 in 1902,[2] and 78 in 1925.[3]

Education[edit]

Central Community School DistrictofElkader operates public schools serving the community.[4]
