Medlice is a municipality and village in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Medlice lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 42 km (26 mi) south-west of Brno, and 173 km (107 mi) south-east of Prague.
