F. Michael Kruse (born January 27, 1948) is the Chief Justice of the High Court of American Samoa .
Early life and education [ edit ]
Kruse was born in 1948 in Samoa .[2] Auckland , New Zealand at St Peter's College .[citation needed He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington ,[1] George Washington University .[2]
Kruse practiced law in American Samoa as an attorney from 1985 until his appointment as an associate justice of the High Court of American Samoa in 1987.[2] Chief Justice of American Samoa in 1988.[3] [4]
Personal life [ edit ]
His eldest son, Vincent Kruse, is a lawyer practicing in Hawaii .[5]
