Molly Picklum is an Australian professional surfer. She competes in the elite (top 16) of the World Surf League. She was born in Gosford, Australia on 26 November 2002.[1][2]

In her second year in WCT tour (2023) she won the event in Sunset Beach (Hawaii) and in 2024 successfully defended her title. She is the current leader of the Tour and is qualified for the 2024 Summer Olympics.
