Mullipallam is a panchayat village in Vadipatti Taluka of Madurai district, Tamil Nadu, India, with a total of 2173 families residing.

The Mullipallam has population of 7903 of which 3972 are males while 3931 are females as per Population Census 2011. In Mullipallam village population of children with age 0-6 is 803 which makes up 10.16% of total population of village.
