Natalia Grigoryevna Kushnir (Russian: Наталья Григорьевна Кушнир; born 6 May 1954) is a former Soviet volleyball player and Olympic silver medalist.[1]

Kushnir, who is Jewish, was born in Moscow, Russia.[1][2][3][4][5] She played volleyball for Lokomotiv Moskva, and for the Soviet Union.[1]

Kushnir and the Soviet Union team won the team gold medal in volleyball at the 1971 European Championships.[6] She and the Soviet team won a silver medal at the 1976 OlympicsinMontreal, losing to Japan in the finals.[1][3][6]
