Township in Indiana, United States
Perry Township is one of fourteen townships in Miami County , Indiana , United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 822 (down from 864 at 2010[3]
History [ edit ]
The first settlement at Perry Township was made in 1833.[4] [5] Oliver Hazard Perry , best known for his heroic role in the War of 1812 during the Battle of Lake Erie .[6]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 40.53 square miles (105.0 km 2 km 2 km 2 [3]
