The Piano Sonata in F major, Hob. XVI/9, L.3, also called a divertimento,[1] was written before 1766[1] (perhaps in 1758)[2]byJoseph Haydn. The 1st and 3rd movements are used as the 1st and 5th movements respectively of the Piano Trio in F major, Hob. XV/39. The Minuet of the 2nd movement is also used as the Minuet of the 4th movement of Hob. XV/39.[1]
